Heal Your Body
A thorough massage using a firm pressure which allows me to target and work into the problem areas. RDTM has a range of physical benefits: consistent massage can help break down scar tissue and “knots”, it can help to promote muscle recovery, alleviating chronic tension and stiffness whilst allowing your body to feel more supple. The “deep” in RDTM doesn’t just refer to the pressure used to loosen muscle, stretch the connective fascia and improve circulation - it also impacts you mentally and with the end of the treatment being soft and soothing, your body will feel relaxed, you'll feel lighter and rejuvenated, with a fresh mind and a spring in your step.

Sports Massage Therapy
Who does it benefit? Whilst Sports Massage is great for the sporting athlete, it is extremely beneficial for anyone leading a busy/stressful life - emotional and postural stress which arises from day to day life can produce similar characteristics to sports injuries.
Sports Massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue (muscle/tendon/ligament/fascia) breaking down knots and adhesion's caused by micro trauma and stress - realigning the fibres. This allows blood flow to increase, flushing toxins away, speeding recovery time and preventing injury.
Through an in-depth consultation and postural analysis, I will tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
Indian Head Massage
Originating in India over 2000 years ago, this is a beautifully traditional practice, focusing on the head, shoulders, neck and face. Circular movements, acupressure points, sweeping strokes and gentle stretches make for a simple but relaxing seated treatment.
Helping to reduce stress, improve physical well-being along with mental and emotional wellness too. Having regular treatments can improve the quality of your sleep, relieve muscle stiffness and reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety by releasing the build up of tension in the head and neck area.
Reflexology
This ancient treatment originating from the East involves applying specific pressure to reflex points within the hands or feet, aiming to rebalance, clear out energy blockages and create a sense of relaxation throughout the body. You may feel areas of transient discomfort during the treatment, but generally the experience should be relaxing. Particular points on your hands and feet correspond with all the organs, glands, muscles and energy lines in your body. Working these areas can be effective in pain and stress relief, whilst improving circulation of blood and oxygen around the body - helping restore the body to a natural state of equilibrium.
